What is the difficulty of pervious to light products?


  • As shown in the figure, the product has at least 2 layers of paint, each layer of paint thickness is only a few microns. It is necessary to control the laser to cut off the black paint on the surface and leak out the red paint and blue paint below without damaging the paint layer below, and ensure the edge is neat and the color is bright.

  • This requires very high laser, not only the laser can adjust the power, frequency, pulse width and other parameters (most lasers cannot adjust the pulse width), but also very high power stability, pulse stability (all less than 3%), extremely superior beam quality (<1.3).


Which lasers are used to do transparent process ?


  • (Infrared Laser )Q-switched end-pump laser is the most suitable, with a wide processing range, and can be processed with different colors and thickened paint layers.

  • The MOPA fiber laser has a narrow processing range and is only suitable for black coatings fine .And others color and coating not good enough.
